NATURAL SKIN CARE USING FOOD

There are so many foods you can use for skin care without spending a lot of money on expensive products. The foods you can use for your skin care are probably already in your kitchen and it is all a natural skin care product. Some of the foods you can use are almond oil, apples, apricots, cucumber, garlic, honey, paw paw, potatoes, tomatoes and yogurt.


Almond Oil for Skin Care. Almond Oil - This is good if your skin is dry and for removing old pimple scars. Ground the outer cover of 5 almonds and blend with some water and apply to your face daily.


Apples for Natural Skin Care. Apples - Juice some green apples and apply it to get rid of fine wrinkles, cracked skin and itching.


Apricots for Natural Skin care. Apricots - With the apricots you have to squeeze the juice from them and apply to your skin for sunburn, itching and eczema.


Cucumber for Natural Skin Care. Cucumber - If you have skin eruptions on your face apply the juice of cucumbers as it is a quick and easy remedy for skin eruptions.


Garlic for Natural Skin Care. Garlic - If you have persistent pimples rub raw garlic on your face to get rid of them. Make sure you are not alergic to it first by rubbing a piece on your hand.



Honey for Natural skin Care. Honey - In a small bowl mix 1 teaspoon of honey with water and use it for all skin blemishes and you will be surprized how it makes your skin glow.

Paw Paw for Natural Skin Care. Paw Paw - Rub ripe paw paw on your face to get a smooth and glowing skin. You can also apply the juice, skin and seeds blended together for the treatment of pimples, acne, whiteheads and boils.


Potatoes for Natural Skin Care. Potatoes - Grate some potatoes and apply as a poultice to treat skin blemishes, wrinkles, boils, pimples and blackheads.


Tomatoes for Natural Skin Care. Tomatoes - In a blender add some red tomatoes and blend then use it on your face for the treatment of pimples for 1 hour and then wash it off.


Yogurt for Natural  Skin Care Yogurt - Mix some natural yogurt with some wheatflour to make a paste and apply it to your face as a cleanser. I really like to do this before I retire for the night.
